Participation Criteria:
- Scientific Originality
- Maximum of 20 pages including references and appendices.
- Papers must adhere to scientific research ethics.
General Criteria:
- The corresponding author is responsible for the paper and all related submission activities.
- At least one researcher must present the paper at the scheduled conference time.
- Proposals or papers must be submitted using the conference's specific Word templates.

Accepted high-quality papers will be published in the Arabian Gulf Journal of Administrative Sciences (AGJAS), issued by the General Secretariat for Administrative Sciences Colleges in GCC universities.
