About the Arabian Gulf Journal for Adminstrative Sciences
The Arabian Gulf Journal for Adminstrative Sciences (AGJAS) is an international, blind peer-reviewed, journal that was established in 2022 by the GCC Business Schools Deans Council. The journal publishes original theoretical and empirical research in all areas of business and administrative sciences, with emphasis on issues of interest to the Arab Gulf region. The journal envisions attracting high quality research that would advance knowledge and enhance understanding of business and public administration in the Arab Gulf region in an increasingly globalized business environment and an era of swift technological change.

The journal welcomes submissions in all areas of Business and Administrative Sciences, in both the Arabic and English languages. In particular, it encourages studies that build on interdisciplinary research in all related fields, such as economics and political science. These studies should have important implications on management, public or private organizations and the society. The AGJAS aims to publish full-length research articles, case studies, reviews, letters and short notes following standard publication practices.

Guidelines for authors
The AGJAS Journal supports publishing original research under standard, reliable and trusted peer-reviewing process. All submitted papers will be subject to the following general criteria and journal policies:
1- Submitted papers should be original and adher to the international academic standards and best practices in research.
2- Submitted papers should not have been published before and are not under consideration by any other journal at the time of submission.
3- Papers are written in good Arabic or English language; are professionally editted and/or proffread before submission.
4- Academic publishing ethics are closely followed, including seeking permissions to use or reproduce any parts of materials that require such approvals or are copywrited. It is the sole responsibility of the author(s) to aquire and aknowledge such permisions.
5- All papers will be subject to a double blined peer-review process. Reviewers are highly regarded in their respective fields and are experts in the paper area.
6- Based on the received reviews, the editor may decide to reject or accept the paper for publication, or return it to the coressponding author for revision. The editors retain the right to desk-reject the paper without sending it to reviewers, if the paper does not adhere to the journal’s publication standards and/or it does not lie within the journal’s scope.
7- After the acceptance of the paper, the authors should not publish the paper or any significant parts of it without a prior written permission from the Journal’s editor in chief.
